The Village Hall was gifted to the Parish Council in 1928 by the 'Master Fellows and Scholars of the College of St John the Evangelist in the University of Cambridge'.

Since 1992 the Village Hall has been managed on behalf of the Parish Council by the Village Hall Committee.

The Committee manages a busy diary in the hall with daily bookings which include play group, dance club, short mat bowls, line dancing, gardeners club, pilates, highland dancing. The hall can also be booked for events and private parties.

The Parish Council hold monthly Council Meetings at 7.30pm on the second Tuesday of every month. Residents of St Nicholas and Sarre are very welcome to come along to the meetings and with notice to the Clerk, raise any questions regarding Parish Council business.
